Purchase process and payment methods

The purchase of new cases is possible with the Purchase Cases option accessed through the main menu. The Purchase Cases form contains the history of all the previous purchases at the tenant (organisation) level. Each purchase record has a Download Receipt option, through which the receipt for each purchase can be downloaded at any time.

To buy additional cases, choose the BUY+ option, which takes the app user to the BUY CASES form. This form contains the various available case packages that can be purchased. These case packages will be available to all the users within the tenant (organisation) to use.

The purchase procedure starts by selecting an appropriate number of individual cases or bundles. If the PAY AS YOU GO option is selected, the system will require the entry of the exact number of cases to be purchased. After entering the selected item, enter the information of the card used for the purchase in the Card Information form.

Payment of services on our web app can only be performed by Visa, MasterCard or Maestro cards which support online payments. Payment by card is transacted in cooperation with AllSecure Global and bank and is done in a safe and certified way through the AllSecure Payment Gateway, by simply entering data from the payment card.

After entering the card information, choose the CONFIRM option, which generates a form displaying all the details of the created order. The order is confirmed by selecting the BUY option, thereby initiating the payment. The bank authorizes the transaction and the purchased cases are immediately available for use. 

Check whether your card supports online payments with the bank that issued the card.

Data protection during payment

When entering the information on the payment card into our web app, confidential information is transferred via public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol. This applies the most modern methods of tokenisation of sensitive data, in accordance with PCI Data Security Standard (DSS) norms. The payment card information is never available to the merchant.

3D-Secure provides protection for all merchants and customers – AllSecure Payment Gateway uses the highest global standards of protection and data privacy. Any traders that use AllSecure Payment Gateway are automatically included in 3D-Secure protection, which guarantees safe shopping to the customers. The customers’ payment card numbers are not kept in the merchant’s system and the entry itself is protected with SSL data encryption. 

PCI DSS Standards – AllSecure Payment Gateway is constantly harmonised with all the requirements of card organisations in order to increase the level of safety for merchants and customers. From 2005 until today, without interruptions, the system has been certified as PCI-DSS Level 1, which represents the highest standard in the industry. PCI-DSS is a standard that defines the necessary security measures for processing, storing and transmitting sensitive card information. PCI Standards protect sensitive data about the cardholder during the entire payment process: from the moment of data entry at the merchant’s point of sale, during communications between the merchant and relevant banks and card organizations, as well as during the subsequent storage of such data.

Cancellation and refund policy

Halcyon DocuMigrate charges and collects in advance for the use of the service.

Purchases on Halcyon DocuMigrate may be eligible for a refund.
Customers are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their order within 72 hours of purchase. In addition, if the Customer cancels the order within 72 hours of purchase, they’re eligible for a partial refund based on the remaining portion of the offer.
Refunds aren’t available for orders canceled after the period above.
